Founded in 2013 by brothers Mike and Matt Blaum, the distillery was built on a shared passion for whiskey and a desire to bring true grain-to-glass production to northwest Illinois. Every batch is made, barreled, and bottled on-site, showcasing their commitment to craftsmanship.

Visiting Information
Guests can examine grains used in the mash, smell fermenting batches, and observe production equipment up close under staff guidance. Photography is generally welcome throughout the facility, though certain production areas may be restricted when machinery is operating. After the tour, visitors can enjoy the full-service cocktail bar featuring seasonal craft drinks, browse the onsite bottle shop for exclusive releases, and shop Blaum Bros. merchandise including apparel, glassware, and gifts. Tasting flights are available before or after the tour.
